Unlock Secure Folder

Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > Secure Folder.

Enter your PIN, password, or biometrics to unlock it.

Once unlocked, try opening WhatsApp again.

Check Secure Folder App

Open the Secure Folder app from your home screen or app drawer.

If you find WhatsApp inside, open it from there.

Reset Secure Folder Password (If Forgotten)

If you forgot your Secure Folder password:

Go to Secure Folder > Tap Forgot Password?

Sign in with your Samsung account to reset it.

Disable Secure Folder (If Needed)

If you no longer want WhatsApp in Knox:

Open Secure Folder > Tap and hold WhatsApp > Select Move out of Secure Folder.
