Galaxy AThe customer service team confirms that Samsung is yet to release a patch for critical Vulnerabilities reported in CIVN-2023-0360. I have recorded both the calls.
Should the customers be at risk of getting hacked until the patch is released?
And what about the numerous complaints about pink line issue, battery drain, charging issues, bootloop issues etc., that have all occurred after updating from android 12 to android 13, 14 by various users in this community?
What do you expect users to do?
Install the update and lose the phone?
Or simply don't install the update and get hacked?
