Samsung A72 - Slow motion recording bug

Hey there everyone, I have had my Samsung A72 phone for around one month and the normal slow motion mode was dropping frame rates occasionally ... but now with the new ONE UI 4 update it has only been worse. Whereas the super slo-mo is perfectly fine.

Are you guys also having this problem!!

Samsung should immediately respond to this bug/problem.

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same.To resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1) Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings>Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Cache/data)

2) Reset the Device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset :- Settings>General Management>Reset

If the issue still persists, kindly register your concern in the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).

Are there no other methods !! Resetting phone would take a lot time !!
