I too had this problem( NO GOOD LOCK INSTALLED) , i had updated my A70 to android 11 with ONEUI 3.1, 2 weeks after its release. Since then till today morning i didn't have any issues, but i did notice that my phone behaved very strange when i plugged in the charger and used it. The screen would sometimes freeze while some actions were performed by itself (can also be bcz my cable is damaged). Today morning i saw that the notification bar was not extending at all. (The 'swipe anywhere on screen to extend notification bar' had always been off, never used it. )
I saw that there was an update , security patch from April 1 2021, i just installed it and i thought my notification bar worked normally, until it happened again more frequently this time.
ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED
I have to activate the "pull down anywhere on the screen to use it but it doesn't work when i try to pull down the notification bar over any application . Sometimes it works , sometimes it doesn't. IT IS VERY MOODY !!

I am facing the same issue. The phone heats up like anything after the android 11 update after it heats it keeps switching on and off. The USB cable doesn't want to work it's the original charger with the USB cable doesn't want to work. Samsung has seriously lost its dignity. Only the premium phones which are about 50k they only give premium services not for phones below 50k
