My phone hasnt charged at all over night. there are no connection issues between my phone and the cable as i can see the beginning charging symbol appear but after that nothing happens. i have tried plugging it into the wall with both a plug and a wall socket with a usb port as well as trying it plugged into my computer but nothing is working. i cant do a factory reset as it has ran out of battery. what do i do?
