Please perform the following steps:
>Try using different USB with your device and also check the same USB with other devices.
>Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).
>Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
