Hi there i got recent software update on 17 july 2025 and i upgraded to one ui 7.0
And from then on im encountering green screen issue while playing videos and for the kind reference all the apps are updated and every phone was on latest update im herebh sharing the screenshot of the same for your reference. Whenever im encountering the issue i was facing following issues
I cant able to access key or touch of the mobile for few minutes untill the device got restart by itself
