My Samsung phones randomly makes notification sounds like a Doorbell noise,etc and during this my phone will switch to vibrate and at time it will switch back to normal sound mode. What annoys me is the randomness of the sounds,it also mess with my volume,increasing and decreasing the volume. I reset to factory settings, and did all the software updates but the issue still persists
I'm experiencing the same problem...with me it lowers the volume to Vibrate and i'd miss important calls while my phone is in my bag. Its inconvinencing
