Release of new Android update will be notified through Samsung Members app or through the software update notification in your device.

* Mobiles purchased outside India would get the updates basis the respective countrys schedule. You can always contact their customer support team.

Why 5g is not working in my samsung a33 5g....i had already turned all the required settings on, whereas on my jio app it is showing that my device's software is not compatible.

I have a33 5g its working jio 5g.
1. Check in Settings, Connections, Mobile Network, Network mode, 5g
2. Turn off battery saver as it turns of 5g
3. Check if u have jio welcome offer in Myjio app.
4. Is there 5g Network in your area.

It's not working and i havent got welcome offer yet...meanwhile my friends having iphones are getting 5g signals.

Since you haven't got welcome offer how will 5g work.🙂
Most probably: There is no/less 5g network in your area. So you are not getting jio welcome offer.
Anyway within December you will get OneUi 6. So see after that.

5g is available in my area...i think it would be cuz of my jio plan but last to last time i recharged with a 5g initiating plan

Best thing to do, wait till new year and get one ui 6 and see .

If it still dosent work then visit nearest jio service center
