Samsung A30 Camera Still Blurry

This will make the third update in three months I have had with my Samsung A30 phone. My back facing camera is still blurry.

It is indeed a Samsung software issue. We have had three updates in the past two months and before each update my camera works FLAWLESS. As soon as I update my phone or the update notification has been sitting in my drop down bar for a day or two. The camera starts to go blurry again. 

Please fix this issue. The new UI is great, but my camera is important, also.

they wont fix anything.. its been a week my s10 screen looks likes discoloured and i haven't even received a proper reply till now.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

* Clear camera application data.
Settings >Apps >Camera >Storage >Clear Data.

* Clear camera lens with a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
