My device Samsung A23 5G is taking 12hrs to charge from 0% to 50% that too when the device is powered off. And its heating too much all the time. The battery took more then 20hrs to charge 85% and gets drained within 1hr.
All this happening after i received the software update 3 days ago and i installed it to upgrade my system. But it actually degraded the whole device and its performance. I just want to ask, do you provide software update to dead the devices these days?
