I bought Samsung A14 5g recently. But I am facing a major storage issue in this mobile. I don't have that much of data in the storage but there is a other section in the storage that is taking half of the storage. I already tried to clearing the cache of all the application. But it doesn't resolved my problem. Does anyone have any solution ?

The storage issue on your Samsung A14 5G is concerning, especially since you've already tried clearing the cache of all applications.
To help you identify and potentially resolve the issue, let's explore the "other" section in your storage:
What is the "Other" Section?
The "Other" section typically includes:
1. *System data*: This consists of files and data created by the operating system.
2. *App data*: Some apps store data in this section, which can't be cleared by simply clearing the cache.
3. *Hidden files*: These are files and folders that are not visible in the default file explorer.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. *Check for system updates*: Ensure your device is running the latest software, as updates often include storage optimizations.
2. *Use Samsung's Device Care*: Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Storage > Clean now. This can help remove unnecessary files and data.
3. *Inspect the "Other" section*: Use a third-party file explorer app (like Solid Explorer or ES File Explorer) to browse the "Other" section and identify any large files or folders.
4. *Clear data of system apps*: Go to Settings > Apps > All apps > [System app] > Storage > Clear data. Be cautious when clearing data, as it may affect app functionality.
5. *Perform a factory reset*: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider performing a factory reset.
