A company goes to lengths to keep their customer's trust intact by clearly communicating through credible and reliable sources about problems, mishaps and everything as such.

But Samsung, especially for the users of Galaxy A34 5G (SM-A346x), is behaving like the most shameless and most irresponsible company who does not provide proper communication through reliable sources about the delay in the Android 15 update.

This is the most unprofessional, inhuman, unjust and degrading behaviour from Samsung.

You should not be called SCAMSUNG or SHAMESUNG,

YOU SHOULD BE RATHER CALLED SHAMELESSSUNG!

You are still with Android 14, right?
Support for android 14 will end next year for you organization. And you'll get android 15 this month or the next. So you got nothing to worry about.

Maybe you should opt for an iphone then. They provide seamless updates to all of their device at the same time. Samsung will always be late for the party, if it is a two year old phone. Will be worse next year.
