SAMSUNG GALAXY A6 Plus battery heat.

My phone battery is getting heated when i use phone for longer period or battery consuming activities. It reaches 38 celcius and back feel pretty warm. Any A6 Plus user facing same?
I noticed that during charging it won't heat but charging speed is reduced.
One photo is with charging and one with discharging.
In discharging temp. was 38 but i don't have that screenshot.
A6 plus user give comment.

thats actually common. and dont believe in 3rd party apps... they simply dont work work properly
