Galaxy A1. Charging performance might decrease if you have so many apps installed on your phone. And try removing phone's back cover and charge. Or check your charger for damage(s).
2. Actually it's 32MP. It's just the number changed from 32MP to 21MP. Capture an image and check out the resolution.
3. Phone might overheat either if so many apps installed or nigher no.of background services. Your environment would impact with phone's temperature.
4. see answer (1),(3)
5. That is not a problem. You can enable edge lighting by third party apps.
6. With android 10, fps were decreased. And also some processor models incompatible with OneUi 2.0. Try changing PUBG Graphics to lower settings.
7. There's an app called Galaxy Lab. You can find it on Either Galaxy Store or apkmirror. And try installing app booster app. Now click optimize. It'll take approximately 15minutes to 30 minutes depending on how much apps you've installed. After that, you'll see an improvement of apps.
If all of the above suggestions didn't work, factory reset your phone.
