S Secure- app locker

Hey, samsung team can we 'poor' samsung users at least get back this S Secure app again? I know app locker security is only for prime customers 😑 So can we poor get back this app on Play Store or Galaxy Store again?

Third party locker are not safe and don't run smoothly. 

Please at least return the S Secure app.
