Routine Error A14 5G

When I set routine it start after application start and hence application do not recognise Routine while starting and ask me to start action of routine again.

May I have guide by any experienced member.?

If

App opened

AccuWeather, Maps, or 4 other apps

Then

Location
On


When routine ends

Location
Return to status before routine ran

No error displayed but application do not recognise location even though it is activated by Routine after starting application.

Alternative: u can only allow location permission only while using the apps; this what u want to on location only while using specific apps

You are right.Both the option can be used.But my issue was with Weather Shortcut of Google.
After click it do not recognise my location
