I faced a bit of an issue at the noon on the 29th of August, while I was scrolling on facebook on my device, Samsung A34 5G. During the time of scrolling, my phone received an incoming call, but the ringtone did not ring. It did not have any sound. Also, immediately, my mother called me via WhatsApp, and the same thing happened.
Although I knew the sound of my phone was good and received several incoming calls from the morning, I, then checked it out and found everything was fine.
I, finally, seek some updates on the Samsung software from the Galaxy store and performed two among them. I restarted my phone as per the suggestion from the net and am still not finding any issues.
However, can you please tell me why the problem occurred? Is there any relation between Facebook and phone's ringtone, which I got for the iPhone in the net?
