My phone doesn't want me to change the ringing tone plz help

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

Yes Nothing happens it just pop back on ringtone

On this app, under support go to error reporting then take it from there
