Ring tone problem

Hey guys my phone doesn't allow me to change ring tone please help. Im using A04e

Kindly use Samsung Music to change ringotones ,and also if they're not pre installed ringtones add them in ringtone folder from your File manager,,,, notifications tones in notifications folder if don't have it create a folder " Notifications "

Direct Settings Access
Open Settings.
Scroll down and select Apps.
Tap the three-dot menu (top-right corner) and select Show System Apps.
Look for Media Storage and select it.

Tap Storage and choose Clear Cache (do not clear data).
