Open Outlook App: Launch the Outlook app on your Galaxy A14.
Sign In (if necessary): If you haven't already signed in to your Outlook account, sign in using your email address and password.
Access Folders: Once you're signed in, navigate to the folder or folders where the old files are located. You may have different folders for emails, contacts, calendar events, etc.
Select Files to Delete: Tap and hold on the old files you want to delete. You should see checkboxes appear next to each item. Select all the files you want to delete by tapping on the checkboxes.
