Regular fingerprint sensor problem.

I have samsung A7 ( 2018 ) phone. My fingerprint sensor is not working totally. I have restarted my phone and cheaked but it doesn't work then also , my software is up to date and no any other damage is occur to phone or fingerprint sensor, it doesn't come in contact of water also. The fingerprint sensor was working good but this problem occur suddenly without any reason. Please resolve this if this is any software problem send software update to solve this problem.
