How do I know my phone is regional locked?

Buy sim
If you can make calls then it's not regional locked.

If I unlocked the region by calling for 5 minutes in the specific region. Went to other country and reset my phone.will it get the regional lock again

No, You can't unlock this by calling or lock it again by reseting the device. - FASLE STATEMENT

It doesn't work like this. This is Coded in the of System,
And it's called Csc- Country specific code.
Even if your device Is regional locked. You can get it unlocked by changing CSC but it will take some person who are good at this like local service center or official service centre.

So the csc code is not from my country, but I am using it in my country with my country carrier.If i reset it, will it get regional locked.Also, I find this in the box of the phone

Yes. I was wrong beforehand, Everytime you reset your phone you need to register by the Sim that supports it.

Like in our country India (sticker behind says, Indian sims only) means I need to register it with Indian sim then I can go to any country and use any sim.

Howerver due different models are made for different region like in samsung case(Exynos and Snapdragon) band's are used differently by carriers around the world so internet will be affected.
