Regarding OS upgrades for A33 5g in India.

I had a chat over whatsapp with Samsung customer care.I asked if galaxy A33 5g would get four major OS upgrades and 5 years of security patches as announced.They replied no but company has made this policy for New Zealand only and not for India.Indians would get only two major upgrades and four years of security patches.Now should we rely on Samsung?

Bro i notice several times the Samsung chat team is didn't give proper information. Chat assistant is not fully educated bro. Samsung 4 os policy is global bro don't worry A33 A53 A73 100% eligible for 4 os upgrade till android 16

A33 ko December me miljana chahiye tha is ke oneui updgrade me kuch issue tha is canceled tha abhi dekho aaj se 10 January tak aajenga ye mera prediction hai bhai

Sawal ye hai ki Europe me a33 ko upgrade aise hi to nahin diya gaya hoga. Beta testing ke baad hi aisa kiya gaya hoga.

Samsung service centre chole jao update Kar dega but out of warranty pe paisa lega something 500-1200 rupees lenge woo log.

Fix date yet to be found but will be available soon. I guess when you get it you will say that it is worst than One UI5.1. Because Ui6 comes with many problems.

Why the company see India under their feet? Why not they given 4 major upgrades to India for A33 5 g as they are giving to newjiland.
Why they will not 4 upgrades to a 33 5 g in India.
If know about this before buying this we will not buy a 33 5 g phone, instead we will buy another phone.
The company is seeing India in cheap looking.
