1. Boot your phone in recovery mode. (Switch off your device and press Power button + volume up key while booting up)and clear cache of Phone and reboot.
2. Go to settings> General Management> Reset and click on Reset all settings.
3. Go to Settings> Apps. Click on 3 dot on top right corner and click Reset App preferences.
Hopefully the above steps will resolve the problem.
If it doesn't gets sorted out, factory reset your device.
