It uses a part of your internal storage as RAM to keep apps in memory without closing them.

Since actual RAM is many times faster than the internal storage, most users are unlikely to see significant benefits of enabling RAM Plus.

If you have plenty of free space on your device, then enable it. If not, don't bother.

Enabling ram plus it gives any advantage for games like pubg,cod etc...

Not really. It only helps keep other apps open in storage if your ram is full.
