Quick Panel Buttons

Hey Samsung India, this is Galaxy A71 user. Please reply asap where are my quick panel buttons after oneui 4.1 update. They are there where they should be before this morning update.

I'm update my accessibility this version from galaxy store then I get extra dim feature automatically in my notification panel

I am using galaxy note 10 plus
After one ui 4.1 update my phone got ruined
Over heating
Lags
Battery draning so many things
