Problems after Android 11 update

Please help my Samsung A70 is as good as dead as soon as it updated to android 11 the screen went dim I have to always hard reset for it to start up again and get bright and as soon as I lock the screen it's dim again and I won't see anything even to answer phone calls Samsung my phone was alright before your update now  I am stuck what my I do to get my phone to work properly

I am really unhappy about this issue I paid a lot of money for my A70 only to be destroyed by your silly auto updates my phone was working perfectly before now its half dead because of you Samsung and your viral updates designed to ruin your own customers smartphones I am holding you responsible for the damage of my Samsung A70

I am using A70, after the update there is no problem at all, phone running smoothly and fine. Please contact samsung customer care or service center.

I tried calling but I can't get hold of them I sent email requests and they all haven't been replied yet

I upgraded my A70S to Android 11 today and phone has been useless ever since!! Have been rebooting to check my messages. And the s go unanswered because it won't swipe to answer because I can't see where's what on the damned dark screen! This is so annoying @Samsung, why this mediocrity?? Fix it!!!

OMG i have the same case as yours. And it's been happened twice this month Dec 2021 !!

First time it happened for 32 hours on Dec 10 2021

And it happened again on Dec 25 2021 until now.

Please SAMSUNG solve it
