Problem

Hello,

Since the last update, i have a probleme when i received calls. I am not able to pick up or when i am able to pick up the call no one hear each other. 

Can someone help me please ? 

I have a Samsung Galaxy A80

@gloraFA try go to settings >> software update download & install your issue will be resolved

No nothing. Ive tried to call but its the same result. When someone calls me both cannot hear
