My samsung a16 has been freezing and just refusing to work. I got this patch update yesterday morning and my phone is so slow and just freezes and doesn't let me use it. Besides that the battery is dying so muchhhh. I barely use this phone I only use WhatsApp and Spotify and I can't even use WhatsApp without it just freezing then the battery goes so fast I charged it 3 times since 7 this morning. Please us there anything I can do to fix this
