My phone is showing the earphones icon even though no earphones are connected. The speaker sound is not working and all audio is going to headphone mode. I already restarted the phone, but the issue is still there. Please help.
Which brand is this... try restarting and check it... if not working then try this click media output and change it to speaker... if you find this helpful please accept my solution for the future Support.
It seems an hardware issue, do you have 3.5 mm jack on the phone, right if yes then you have to get this addressed with the help of nearby local repairing shops, try once with service centre too but surly theywill not do that I had this issue on my Mi Note 4 too

Please reset all settings in general management settings also flight ✈️ mode on and off one time also optimize your's device in device care also clear cache of all apps manually also update your's all apps too then try to it's again.
