The video looses it's frames while recording and playing the video.

I have the same problem. Had it since the day I got my phone (over a year now). Don't get your hopes up - it's a well known issue (try searching for galaxy a51 slow motion problems, you'll se the results), and it has never been solved. Probably never will. I guess we'll just have to accept that slow motion on this phone is useless.
