Problem after software update android 11

There are a lot of problems is arising Since update the software to android 11.

1) During calling time 1 sim option is showing.

2) Not showing any sim option during sent massage.

3) More heating problems.

4) During video calling, converted video call to voice call If the other application is being opened.

 I have been called to samsung customer care ( two times) for " how to downgrade the software from Android 11 to android 10 without any data loses but no answer.

 So, I am requesting to you please launch an option for downgrade the software otherwise released an another update software.

This is not a solution. Two sim option show side by side in Android 10 and it was very comfortable during calling from recent call list. Finally android 11 a worst version

Now when you click on one sim it will show you another option
