Pro mode in camera

The pro mode in the A series that are newly launched don't have the option for shutter speed. Why?
As nowadays a 7-8k phone has pro mode but Samsung is not providing after paying 23k.

Moreover the picture quality has just deteriorated after upgrading to pie.

But if you still want to get better images use the third party camera app "Camera FV 5 pro" where you can manually set the shutter speed up to 60 sec . Moreover the pictures from this app gives you better image quality than the stock Samsung camera. And for slow motion well you have to do it from another third party camera app which is "Footej Camera " where you can shoot timelapse as well as slow motion videos but the slow mo feature is not so good because the video is slowed by only 0.5x.
