Private share app error in A30s

I have downloaded Samsung private share app from galaxy store but when i opened it says couldn't read the sim card phone number plz. help i am using dual sim in my phone airtel & vodafone.

Help me how can i fix this error

Some mobile network operators do not write your phone number on the sim card and you can not use Private share. If you can not see your number under About phone in Settings, that's the problem. Here is the fix https://youtu.be/PFaQz6VkgFE
