Price drop loss

I have purchased Samsung A7 2018 model from flipkart on 21st Dec 2018 at price of Rs. 21990. Today, after knowing about price dro news, have checked flipkart and found that price is now dropped to Rs.18990. This price drop is within one month from the date of purchase. Am I eligible to receive the refund of difference amount of Rs. 3000 due to price drop?

yesterday 3rd may 2024 I buy samsung s23 256gb for 65999 from MYG  but suddenly the price went  to 51000 on 4th may 2024 I should get of 15000 now what should I do
