Prefix call block and dual app for all apps

so many times I gave feedback to samsung to add prefix call block ( to block calls which have common starting number ex: +91140xxxxxxx) option and dual app feature for all apps. In the present times these are must have options, but they have still not added these options... I am really missing my MI phone.. and my next phone won't be a samsung
