Yes it happens sometimes, I would suggest you to Open settings of the apps which you don't use often like shopping apps and chrome, in app settings you have to put them to sleep or ristrict background usage 😊. This will close the apps in background when you close them. Don't add music player to sleep mode otherwise when you play music it will stop after 2 min when you turn of screen. Add those app which is running useless in background 😊🌼.
If possible please use Samsung browser preloaded in phone or download lite browsers, Chrom is much heavy and consume much ram.
