Play store error

I'm my galaxy A20 if I am installing or updating any app that it doesn't start downloading. What to do ?

Any Error code?
try clearing the cache and force stop the app and then after download the app

Try clearing cache of Google play store and Google play services from setting > App manager > Google play store > clear cache and now you can install or update any app.

First Check in Settings→App downloading Preference in Google Play Store that it is not Set to WiFi only, if so then put it to Over any Network and if that is not the reason then Go to App info of Play Store and then Storage and Clear Data & Cache and Restart the Device...Hope this may resolve your issue..
