Phone charging while using it

Hallo I want to find out if it is save to charge your phone while using it or playing a game and if it directly damages the battary.

With normal usage I guess it's okay but I wouldn't recommend playing games when charging it

I think light usage while charging is not too bad but heavy usage while charging is never recommended
