I am using A30s for last 15days at Bangladesh.After i passed 10days,phone founds lag on incoming or outgoing call,screen remaìn at the home but call continuing in the background. After 30sec we went to call screen.

Same thing happened during camera, and when unlock my screen.

Please response.

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps:
>Free some internal memory (If occupied more than 80%) (Settings > Device Care or Device Maintenance > Storage)
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

>Open Phone app > tap on three dots > setting > about phone > update .

>Go to Setting > Apps > Phone app > Storage > Clear Data > Delete > tap on Back key > Force Stop.

>Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
