I bought a cellphone A30 on 14/6 of this year to be used in Uruguay (my home country) did everything you said to unlock it with a vodafone Simcard calling an indian number when I arrive to Uruguay the cellphone continues locked.
I send many emails to samsung support India and they didnt send me the PIN TO UNLOCK sim REGIONAL LOCK that only Samsung India can give to me so I can unlock the cellphone.
Also your chat doesnt work and I cant call by telephone from uruguay to your country.
Its a shame that you sell cellphones that cant be used in other countries with the promise it is going to work ok. Dont recommend it to anyone buying a cellphone in samsung india!
