reset phone settings and in features settings reselect it again and make sure ur entire side of hand right hand swipes through screen but do that gently don't rub because the screen sensor tends to use that as a selection point not swiping action don't swipe palm over air the skin of ur hand must gently swipe like a breeze over screen and make sure no one screen keyboard is there swipe action won't function if swipe ain't working use assistant menu in accessibility and in there goto interaction dexterity and select assistant menu it gives u soft buttons for screenshot no need for one hand operation everyone is not so adjusted to it follow above 2 methods it should work👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
