I have a problem with samsung a20.. it has overheating problem. When i turn it on after sometime it automatically shutting down.  and there is a message your device is overheating due to running some application.. but i uninstall all the apps. but yet its show that..How can i solve this problem?? even when i plugged it for charging purpose.

go to safe mode and observe for atleast 2-3 days

then, observe same thing would happen or not
if not then problem with 3rd party apps
if yes then you have to visit service centre
