Overheating issue

My phone switches off by itself saying its overheating but the temperature is normal when i touch it.

I am experiencing the same problem with my Samsung a22.

Keeps bringing up the pop-up message that device is overheating while it's not. Then shuts all apps or some down.

But the problem is not overheating. My phone switches off by itself when my phone slightly feels warm and cannot turn it on properly. I have to plug the charger and then wait for it to give the overheating warning sign and then force switch it on(volume down+power button). But it will switch off again after some time.
