I wish the Contacts app would show full call history instead of just the last 2-3 months for individual contacts.

It would allow us to see anytime the person has contacted you in the past.

on the phone app call history is having details of calls for more than 2-3 years. I'm able to view call history a year back.
try checking if any app is deleting old call records.

Oh! There isn't any app that might be doing that & there seems to be no setting for it too.

It seems there is some restriction on the size / number of call logs. Checked with other people too.
