One UI5 ANDROID 13 NOT UPDATED

Hello Samsung team 

I am the user of samsung galaxy A12 & I still not got the UI 5 UPDATE but in the notice section it is mentioned that samsung A12 is updated on JANUARY 2023 WITH UI 5 BUT HERE IS NOT ANY PROGRESS PLEASE UPDATE IT SOON WITH UI 5 ANDROID 13 .

Yes but there is not any type of update is provided for android 13.

Yeah same here,i also didn't get it but it is updated to june 2023 security patch with android 12.

I contacted the customer care ,they said you have to visit Samsung service center where they will update your phone with the latest software, Then i ask about the charges bcz my phone is out of warranty, they said yes you have to pay service charges,I just want to ask Samsung that this fault is from your side then why the customer have to pay for this?

Hi ...iam also samsung a12 user.. will they update my phone to android 13 if i visit service center?.. if so do you have any about the price range ...

They will,but they will charge you around 4 to 5 hundred Rs if the device is not under warranty.
