The One UI update hasn't come to Srilanka yet.My Samsung galaxy a6 plus still has the December security patch level while other countries have the April Security patch.This is so unfair man.
Change the csc to India and you will get the update. Please note that this will factory reset the device. No other issues such as warranty.
