One UI 5.0 lets you disable RAM Plus, Samsung’s virtual RAM feature

I think so this will be good. Because virtual ram has a limited role in ram management and there practically no difference observed if you use virtual ram.

How much virtual ram you are using in your phone?

I am using 4gb. Which is default with one ui 4.1
