OTG NOT WORKING In SAMSUNG A50

When i connect a otg pen drive regularly flash a notification. 

Usb connected

And usb not connected

Why ?

What to do?

How to fix ? 

Plz help.

If any body has same problem.

Plz resove the issue in next update.

if earlier working then you can try these steps and lets see

Go to settings >apps>click on 3dot at right top corner>click on show system app >search "usb settings >click on it>storage >clear cache and data.
Restart your device and then try
